Amazing Atmosphere

Famous golfers gathered for the publicity event of the Turkish Airlines open to be held at Montgomerie Maxx Royal golf course on 13-16 November. Top golfers Sergio Garcia, Henrik Stenson and Lee Westwood put on an amazing show at one of Turkey’s cultural and historical heritages: the Aspendos Amphitheatre. The trio competed with one another to loft their golf balls over the high walls. The golfers expressed how delighted they were that they took part in this event. Sergio Garcia and Lee Westwood commented “The Amphitheatre is an amazing place. This must be one of the coolest places we have ever hit golf shots” and Stenson added “I don’t think I have played golf anywhere near as historical as this place”.
