Schwab leads by three shots through the final

24-year-old Matthias Schwab, who has led since the opening day, takes a three-shot lead into the final round of the Turkish Airlines Open at the Montgomerie Maxx Royal. Schwab started his round with an eagle, kept his momentum on the moving day and carded 66 to reach -18. 2018 Masters champion Patrick Reed, Robert Macintyre, Tyrrell Hatton, Ross Fisher and Benjamin Hebert are all tied for second place.

Justin Rose’s chances of defending his title seem weak as his 73 left him nine shots off the pace.

Schwab said: “I'll try and do the same that I've been doing the last few days, and I'm sure pars will not be enough because it's usually pretty gettable out here. I'll just be aggressive and keep doing what I've been doing. I like the course and I like Antalya and Turkey. The game plan is going to be the same as the first three days.”
