Best ‘first event’ ever

George O’Grady, the Chief Executive of the European Tour said, “Turkish Airlines Open by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism is the, 'best, first event ever’ on the European Tour.”

Frenchman Victor Dubuisson won the Turkish Airlines Open by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, US$7 million prize giving European Tour Final Series event at Montgomerie Maxx Royal Course in Belek, Antalya. After a thrilling finish at Montgomerie Maxx Royal, 23 year-old Dubuisson captured the Turkish Airlines Open meanwhile world-class organization is very much appreciated by the players, officials and the press members. Regarding the Turkish Airlines Open at Montgomerie Maxx Royal, George O’Grady, the Chief Executive of the European Tour said, “This is the, 'best, first event ever’ on the European Tour. I'm staggered by the success of this tournament and the enthusiasm and the welcome and the can-do attitude of everybody here in Turkey. Many thanks to all the people who contributed on the event… ”
