Bob Van Der Voort is the Winner of the 1. Maxx Royal Cup
Bob van der Voort from Netherlands representing The Dutch Golf Club won
the 1. Maxx Royal Cup at Montgomerie Maxx Royal with scoring 70 points after
two rounds of Final. Italian golfer Gianmario Fogarizzu from Marienfeld Golf
Club, Germany carded 70 points as he became the runner-up of the tournament.
German player Manfred Kaltz from Gofus Golf Club finished third with scoring 66
points in total. Award ceremony was held at Montgomerie Maxx Royal Clubhouse.
Special awards also presented; Costanza Alessandri from Italy took the Ladies
Longest Drive, Polish golfer Raffael Hassa took the Men Longest Drive award.
Tavi Nimrod from Poland was the golfer to win the Nearest to the Pin award.
Legendary sports figures; heptathlete Nataliya Dobrynska and former football player Manfred Kaltz, Alfredo Edino Levante also came to the stage to get their prizes for contributing the tournament with their participation. Cahit Sahin, General Manager of Montgomerie Maxx Royal Golf Course thanked to all players and guests; sponsors.
